Code of Conduct
Blue Jay Elementary operates on the belief that all students have the right to learn in a climate that is both positive and productive. Blue Jay's elementary handbook includes a code of conduct which has been developed by students, staff and parents to reflect new provincial standards for "Codes of Conduct".
